2010 Books #2 – A Darkness at Sethanon by Raymond Feist

So I’m on the last book of this trilogy, and in some ways, I’m just trying to burn through it in order to get to the books that I actually want to read. I know that’s not the way that one “should” read, but I was so disappointed when I finished the previous book that I’m just hoping for a little redemption here, and if not, a quick read to get to something that keeps me interested.

I got The Gathering Storm of the Wheel of Time for Christmas from my husband, and I want to read it. (Yes, I know Towers of Midnight is out, but it’s still in hard cover and I have all the other books in paperback and having things match is very important for me.) But of course, it’s been a while since I read the series – at least a year – and so I have to do my traditional re-reading of the series to remember all that has already happened.

Despite having all these other books that are on my plate, I hope that I can successfully become absorbed by this book. There seems to be a lot of potential for this series, but at the moment, I’m really not expecting much.
